| Dr. Lynn Shipman |

 Dr. Lynn Shipman is an acclaimed skin cancer specialist and has completed an additional fellowship in dermatologic surgery and Mohs micrographic surgery at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston. Lynn retired as the head of Dermatologic Surgery at Balboa Naval Hospital. Lynn will continue to teach part-time as an associate professor at UCSD and is a favorite speaker at national dermatologic meetings well known for her expertise in treating difficult skin cancers and her down-to-earth teaching style. Dr. Shipman is also an expert in skin rejuvenation including Botox, collagen/Restylane filler agents, laser resurfacing, and chemical peels. As important as her distinguished career is,
it is Lynn’s friendly and gentle nature that endears her to patients and colleagues alike. Simply stated—she loves to teach patients about maintaining healthy skin and is passionate about quality results.
